The following information pertains to all information that is collected or submitted to LDH Photography LLC.

1. Personal Client Information – The only information that is collected is name, address, email, and a reliable phone number. The provided information is used to facilitate Company–Client contact regarding scheduling, confirmation, products, services, and any other necessary communications. Client address, email, and phone number will be kept confidential by the Company. The Client's name, first and/or last, may be used to identify or title the Client's gallery and image on social media.

2. Persons Under 18 – Any Client or subject who is under 18 will not have any information collected about them. His/her/their parent or legal guardian must provide the necessary contact information instead. Images that have an underage Client featured in them will not be posted or shared on social media or the Company website without parental permission. If a name is provided by the parent or legal guardian, it will not be used publicly without parent/guardian permission.

3. Payment Information – Credit Card information will be collected if that is the chosen method of payment. The information is only used to process the transaction.
